AUM is made up of the three sounds ah, oh, mmm and then silence reflect the cycles of birth, sustaining, death and the emptiness from which all arises.
It is said the AUM was the initial vibration that arose which creates the cosmos as we know it. The first sound… I love to marble at that thought.
Chant Om (out loud or internally) in the car, shower or whenever you need to settle your mind and expand and deepen your breath again.
