A Balanced Approach

Yoga is a practice, a state of mind and a way of being that is one of more balance. Through the ancient practice of yoga we create and experience more balance inside and out. We believe in the wisdom of the ancient practice to meet you where you are at and practice in an effective and balanced way cultivating clarity or sattva as a way of living.

Integrating Awareness into Our Lives

Traditionally, Yoga is a way of life not activity to perform. The ancient yogis and yoginis, just like the Taoists and the Buddhists listened to the timeless wisdom of nature and found paths to inner peace, love and freedom. It is this eternal wisdom we hold the highest hopes open up to you through the practices we share and offer to you.

Whilst practicing asana to improve strength, flexibility and tone is a powerful and is developed to cultivate sattva, asana is more effective when practiced in concert with the other "limbs" and deeper understanding of the ancient wisdom. Breathing, focus, concentration, mindfulness, loving kindness and more cultivate a more conscious and peaceful way of living.

As it is said, "if you can breath you can practice Yoga".  Our practice are we offer to you are varied to help develop more balance inside and out and increase your quality of life no matter what you are dealing with or where you are at. From dynamic to restorative, contemplations to scientific theory, meditations to cooking and cleaning with love, we hope you can find the practices you need to guide and support your journey of a more balanced and yogic way of life.

Our practices are based on decades of living the journey, guided by teachers who have walked before. We integrate leading edge anatomical biotensegrity, biochemistry, psychobiology, Taoism, Qi Gong and a breadth and depth of Yogic theory and practices into our way of teaching.
